Rental Rates & Memberships
Hourly Rental
$100 | hour
Your hourly rental includes:
access to the full studio (cyc wall, rolling walls, props and furniture)
access to the self-serve coffee/beverage bar and snacks for you and your clients
a space bathed in natural light thanks to our south-facing glass garage door
a 15-minute buffer before and after your session, giving you time to set-up and tear-down without eating into your paid time.
Memberships
$400 | 6 hrs (12 months)
$475 | 6 hrs (6 months)
$575 | 10 hrs (12 months)
$630 | 10 hrs (6 months)
All memberships include:
all the same studio perks as the hourly renters at a discounted hourly rate (with a 6 or 12 month commitment)
20% off additional studio hours
exclusive discounts on all Opal Room events
the option to safely store your own props on-site for easy access anytime you shoot.
Event Rates
$125/hour
Event rentals include:
access to two 8-foot tables and accompanying chairs
flexibility to bring in your own food and beverages. The self serve coffee/beverage/snack bar is NOT included in event rentals. You are responsible for bringing in your own food and beverages.
a 15 minute buffer before and after your allotted time to give you those last few minutes to finish your setup and teardown
use of the cyc wall for photos ONLY! Any damage to the wall during your event will result in a large fine.
Please note: you are responsible for your own setup, teardown and general cleanup - while a deep clean isn’t required, the space should be left presentable for the next renter. Event bookings require a minimum of 4 hours, and you’ll need to reserve enough time to cover both setup and takedown within your rental window.
